Welcome to AI4CRAFTS. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AI4CRAFTS website, applications, and services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

2. Use of Services

5. Third‑Party Providers

The Services may rely on third‑party AI providers (such as OpenAI, Stability AI, or similar services) to generate text and images. By using the Services, you also agree to comply with the applicable terms of use and policies of these providers. We do not control or guarantee the behavior of third‑party services.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error‑free, or that any generated content will meet your expectations.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI4CRAFTS and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Services.

8. Safety and DIY Project Risks

The Services generate ideas, steps, and instructions for DIY and crafting projects. You are solely responsible for evaluating the safety and suitability of any project and for using appropriate tools, materials, and protective equipment. AI4CRAFTS is not responsible for any injury, property damage, or other loss resulting from projects you build based on content from the Services.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at our discretion, including if you violate these Terms or use the Services in a way that could cause harm to us or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date below. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice within the Services. Your continued use of the Services after the updated Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
