Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Choose an animal to create (e.g., lion, cat, rabbit).
2. Paint the paper plate as the base of the mask, using colors that match the chosen animal. Let dry.
3. Cut out eye holes carefully from the paper plate.
4. Use colored construction paper to cut ears, noses, whiskers, or other features.
5. Glue the paper features onto the painted plate.
6. Use markers to add details like stripes, spots, or eyelashes.
7. Punch holes on each side of the mask.
8. Tie elastic string or ribbon through the holes to create a strap that fits around the child’s head.
9. Let all glue dry completely before wearing.
