Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Wash and thoroughly dry the herbs.
2. Bruise the herbs slightly by gently crushing or rolling them between your hands to release their flavors.

5. Pour the warm olive oil over the herbs, ensuring they are completely submerged.

7. Seal the bottle or jar tightly and let it sit in a cool, dark place for at least 1 week to infuse.
8. After the infusion time, strain the oil through a cheesecloth or coffee filter to remove any herb particles.
9. Transfer the infused oil to a clean bottle or jar and store it in a cool, dark place.
