Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Choose 3-5 colors of cardstock to create your flowers and leaves.
2. Draw or print simple flower petal templates on cardstock and cut them out.
3. Shape each petal by gently curling the edges using a pencil or your fingers.
4. Layer petals together, gluing each layer to form 3D flowers. Add small circles or rolled paper strips as flower centers.
5. Cut leaf shapes from green cardstock and lightly curl edges.
6. Arrange the flowers and leaves on the shadow box backing to your liking.
7. Use glue to secure each flower and leaf onto the backing. If using floral wire, attach flowers to wire stems before gluing.
8. Let everything dry completely.
9. Place the backing into the shadow box frame and close it securely.
10. Optionally, decorate the frame edges with washi tape or paint for a personalized touch.
