Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Prepare a double boiler by filling a small pot with water and placing a heat-safe bowl on top, ensuring the bowl doesn't touch the water.
2. Add the coconut oil, beeswax pellets, and shea butter to the bowl.
3. Heat gently over medium heat, stirring occasionally until all ingredients are fully melted and combined.
4. Remove from heat and add the honey and essential oil if using; stir well to combine.
5. Quickly pour the mixture into your lip balm containers or tubes before it begins to harden.
6. Let the lip balm cool and solidify at room temperature for at least 1 hour.
7. Once solid, cap your containers and label them if desired.
8. Apply as needed to keep your lips soft and hydrated.
