Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Measure 1 cup of granulated sugar and pour it into the mixing bowl.
2. Add 1/2 cup of coconut oil to the sugar. If your coconut oil is solid, you can gently melt it until it’s soft but not hot.
3. Stir the sugar and coconut oil together until well combined, forming a thick paste.
4. Add 10 to 15 drops of lavender essential oil to the mixture and stir thoroughly.
5. (Optional) Mix in a small teaspoon of dried lavender buds for added fragrance and texture.
6. Transfer the scrub into a clean airtight jar or container for storage.
7. To use, gently massage a small amount onto damp skin in circular motions, then rinse with warm water. Avoid sensitive or broken skin.
8. Store the scrub in a cool, dry place and use within 2-3 weeks for best freshness.
