Steps:
1. Lay the t-shirt flat and cut off the sleeves and neckline.
2. Turn the t-shirt inside out and sew or tightly tie off the bottom hem.
3. Cut 1-inch wide strips along the bottom of the t-shirt, stopping about an inch from the side seam.
4. Tie each pair of strips together in a double knot.
5. Turn the bag right side out and your upcycled t-shirt tote bag is ready to use!
