Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Cut MDF panels according to dimensions: two side panels (140cm x 41cm), top and bottom panels (39cm x 41cm), back panel (39cm x 140cm), shelves (top two shelves approx. 39cm x 38cm), middle shelf for pull-out (39cm x 38cm).
2. Assemble the cabinet frame by attaching the side panels to the bottom panel with wood glue and screws.
3. Attach the top panel to complete the rectangular frame.
4. Install the back panel by screwing or gluing it to the back edges of the frame.
5. Sand all surfaces and edges smooth.
6. Paint the entire cabinet with primer, let dry, then apply two coats of black matte paint.
7. Prepare the top two shelves to house LED strips: attach LED strip lights under the shelf edges, run wires neatly towards the back for power.
8. Build or purchase a framed glass door sized to fit the opening covering the top two shelves. If building, cut thin MDF strips to frame the glass pane securely.
9. Install cabinet hinges on the side of the frame and attach the glass door.
10. Attach a handle or knob to the glass door.
11. Install drawer slides inside the cabinet frame at the height for the middle shelf.
12. Attach corresponding slides to the middle shelf and insert it to test smooth pull-out function.
13. Place the two LED-lit shelves inside the top section behind the glass door.
14. Connect LED strips to power adapter and test lighting.
15. Final touch: clean glass, check all screws, and ensure smooth operation of the pull-out shelf.
