Homemade Bath Bombs and Soaps for a Spa-like Experience

For Bath Bombs: 1. In a large bowl, combine the baking soda, citric acid, cornstarch, and Epsom salt. 2. In a separate small bowl, mix together the carrier oil, water, essential oil, and any desired soap colorants. 3. Slowly pour the liquid mixture into the dry ingredients while stirring continuously. Mix well until the mixture resembles wet sand. 4. Fill each half of the bath bomb mold with the mixture, packing it down firmly. 5. Press the two halves together and gently twist to seal the mold. 6. Allow the bath bombs to dry and harden for at least 24 hours before removing from the molds. For Soaps: 1. Cut the soap base into small cubes and place them in a microwave-safe container. 2. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until the soap base is completely melted. 3. Add a few drops of essential oil and soap colorant to the melted soap base. Stir well. 4. Pour the mixture into soap molds and lightly spray the surface with rubbing alcohol to eliminate any air bubbles. 5. Allow the soaps to cool and harden for a few hours or as per the instructions on the soap base packaging. 6. Once fully hardened, gently remove the soaps from the molds.
