Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Plan your frame dimensions, recommended base size: 6 ft (length) x 4 ft (width) x 7 ft (height).
2. Cut four base pipes or wooden beams to 6 ft lengths (long sides) and four to 4 ft lengths (short sides).
3. Assemble the rectangular base by connecting the 6 ft and 4 ft pieces with pipe connectors or wood screws to form a sturdy rectangle.
4. Cut four vertical posts to 7 ft lengths.
5. Attach the vertical posts securely to each corner of the base using strong pipe connectors or metal brackets. Ensure they are perpendicular by using a level.
6. Cut crossbars for height reinforcement: two at 4 ft (top crossbars between vertical posts on the shorter side) and two at 6 ft (top crossbars between vertical posts on the longer side).
7. Secure the crossbars near the top of the vertical posts to add rigidity.
8. Add additional horizontal bars or climbing rungs spaced evenly along the vertical posts depending on training needs, securing them with clamps or brackets.
9. For stability, attach heavy rubber feet to each corner of the base or fill PVC end caps with concrete and fit them to the base ends.
10. Inspect all connections for tightness and stability.
11. Optionally, paint or seal the frame for weather protection.
12. Test the frame by applying gentle pressure to ensure it is stable and self-supporting.
