Kitchen & Edibles Beginner 1 hour $15
Instructions

1. Choose your fresh herbs and wash them thoroughly to remove any dirt. 2. Pat the herbs dry with a paper towel. 3. If using garlic, peel and crush the cloves slightly. 4. In a small saucepan, heat the olive oil over low heat until warm, but not boiling. 5. Add the herbs and garlic (if using) to the warm oil, ensuring they are submerged. 6. Allow the mixture to infuse on low heat for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. 7. Remove the saucepan from heat and let it cool to room temperature. 8. Once cooled, strain the oil through cheesecloth or a fine mesh strainer into your clean glass bottle or jar, discarding the solids. 9. Seal the jar or bottle tightly and label with the date and type of herbs used. 10. Store in a cool, dark place for up to 1 month, allowing the flavors to develop further.
