Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Select a vintage-style book as the base of your centerpiece. If the book is too thick, consider using a thinner volume for stability.
2. Place the book on your chosen wooden or metal tray or directly on the table.
3. Position the rustic bell on top or slightly off-center on the book.
4. Arrange artificial autumn leaves and small pinecones around the bell on the book cover, securing them with hot glue to prevent shifting.
5. Tie a piece of twine or jute string around the bell’s handle or base, creating a bow or knot to add a rustic touch.
6. Insert a miniature American flag toothpick near the bell or tuck it into the twine bow.
7. (Optional) Print and cut out excerpts or inspirational quotes from the Constitution on parchment-style paper. Curl the edges slightly and place or glue them near the bell or tuck into the leaves.
8. (Optional) Place a battery-operated tea light candle on the tray beside the book for soft, warm illumination.
9. Repeat these steps for each centerpiece, adjusting the arrangement slightly for variety.
10. Allow all hot glue to dry completely before moving the centerpieces.
