Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Wash and dry the white crop top to remove any finishes.
2. Prepare the dye bath according to the instructions on the magenta fabric dye package, typically mixing dye with hot water and salt.
3. Wearing gloves, submerge the crop top into the dye bath, stirring occasionally for even color. Leave it for the recommended time (usually 30-60 minutes).
4. Remove the top and rinse it under cold water until the water runs clear.
5. Wash the dyed top separately in cool water and dry it.
6. Once dry, use chalk or a fabric marker to mark the desired neck coverage area if you want to add extra fabric or modify the neckline.
7. If you want to extend the neck coverage, cut a matching magenta fabric piece or use excess crop top fabric, and sew it onto the neckline using needle and thread.
8. Trim any excess threads and iron the seams flat for a neat finish.
9. Try on your new magenta pink neck-covered crop top and make any small adjustments if necessary.
