Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Rinse and dry the empty plastic bottles. Cut them in half, with adult supervision, to create two planter halves.
2. Let the kids paint or decorate the outside of the bottle halves using acrylic paint or markers. Encourage them to be creative with colors and designs.
3. Once the paint is dry, fill the bottom half of the bottle with soil, leaving some space at the top.
4. Plant seeds or small plants in the soil according to the instructions on the seed packets.
5. Place the top half of the bottle upside down into the bottom half to create a fun design, resembling a flower pot.
6. Water the plants using a watering can or spray bottle, and place them in a sunny spot to grow.
