Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Start by cleaning your mason jars thoroughly and letting them dry.
2. Place a layer of small rocks or pebbles at the bottom of each jar for drainage.
3. Fill the jars with potting soil, leaving about an inch at the top.
4. Plant your herb seeds according to the package instructions, usually about 1/4 inch deep.
5. Water the seeds gently using a watering can or spray bottle.
6. Optional: Label each jar with the name of the herb using tags or twine.
7. Place your jars in a sunny spot and keep the soil moist but not soggy.
