Instructions

1. Inflate the white balloons using a small bowl of water to help with the process. You can use a funnel for easier inflation if needed. 2. Once inflated, tie off the end of each balloon securely. 3. Use the black marker to draw ghostly faces on each balloon. Get creative with different expressions! 4. Cut a length of string or fishing line to hang your ghost lanterns. Make sure it's long enough to create a floating effect. 5. Use the string to hang the balloons from a tree branch or ceiling, ensuring they sway gently for an eerie effect. 6. Place an LED tealight candle underneath each balloon to illuminate them at night. Make sure to turn them on before the evening begins! 7.
