Intermediate 5 hours $50
Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Sketch the motorcycle design on graph paper, ensuring dimensions are approximately 15 cm long by 7 cm high.
2. Break down the motorcycle into individual layers (body, wheels, handlebars, etc.) and create separate 2D drawings for each part.
3. Transfer the designs onto the plywood sheets using a pencil.
4. Use the scroll saw to carefully cut out each part, following the lines.
5. Sand the edges of each piece to smooth any rough areas and ensure a good fit.
6. Assemble the layers by gluing them together, starting with the base and adding layers one by one.
7. Use clamps to hold the pieces in place while the glue dries.
8. Optionally, paint or finish the motorcycle for a polished look.
