Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Plan the layout: Mark an area approx. 2.5 meters wide and 4 meters long in your backyard.
2. Build the frame: Using 4x4 posts, create two vertical supports 2 meters high at the top and lower supports to achieve a 35-degree incline over the 4-meter length.
3. Secure posts: Dig holes (50 cm deep), place posts, and pour concrete to set them firmly.
4. Construct the slope surface: Attach horizontal cross beams (2x6 boards) across the frame at intervals of 30-40 cm.
5. Attach plywood sheets on top of the cross beams to form a continuous inclined surface.
6. Sand the plywood surface to remove rough edges and apply wood sealant or outdoor paint to protect against weather.
7. Install the jump: Build a small ramp (approx. 0.5 meters high and 1 meter long) near the middle of the slope using 2x4 framing and plywood.
8. Cover the entire slope, including the jump, with the dry slope matting, securing it with screws and washers.
9. Install the rail: Securely mount the galvanized steel rail on a stable platform accessible from the jump landing area.
10. Add padding around the jump landing and rail area for safety.
11. Test the slope carefully to ensure stability and safety before use.
