Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Measure and cut the plywood to create the main box structure: two side panels, a top panel, a bottom panel, and a back panel. The dimensions should fit within a finalized size of approximately 25cm x 18cm x 10cm (adjust as needed to fit contents).
2. Cut the front panel to have an opening for easy access. Make sure it's wide enough for the items you’ll store.
3. Use the router to create slots for the three bags (90x160mm) on one side of the box.
4. Sand all edges and surfaces to ensure a smooth finish and prevent splinters.
5. Assemble the box by attaching the side panels to the bottom panel using wood glue and screws. Attach the back panel and the front panel last.
6. Attach the top panel using hinges, allowing it to open like a lid.
7. Apply wood finish or paint to protect the wood and give it a nice look.
8. Allow the box to dry thoroughly before using it.
9. Organize your items inside the box, ensuring each accessory has its designated space.
