Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Clean the empty vodka bottle thoroughly and remove any labels or glue residue.
2. Knead the air-dry clay until soft and pliable.
3. Roll or flatten pieces of clay and gently press or wrap them around the bottle to cover it entirely. Smooth seams with your fingers or a damp sponge.
4. Use sculpting tools or household items to carve or imprint textures and patterns into the clay surface.
5. Allow the clay to dry completely according to package instructions (usually 24-48 hours).
6. Once dry, lightly sand any rough edges if desired.
7. Paint the clay surface with acrylic paints, adding colors and highlights as you prefer.
8. Let the paint dry fully.
9. Apply a layer of PVA glue over the painted clay to seal it and add durability.
10. Optionally, spray the entire piece with a clear acrylic sealer for extra protection and a finished look.
11. Let the sealer dry, then display your decorative bottle art.
