Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Cut the cardstock into rectangles approximately 2 inches wide by 6 inches long.
2. Use a ruler to ensure straight edges and even sizing.
3. Decorate your bookmark using markers, pens, or colored pencils. Add patterns, write quotes, or draw small illustrations.
4. If desired, use stickers or stamps to add extra decoration.
5. Optional: Punch a hole near the top center of the bookmark.
6. Optional: Thread a piece of string, ribbon, or yarn through the hole and tie a knot to create a tassel.
