Smartphone Stand with Wireless Charger

Create a stylish and functional smartphone stand that also serves as a wireless charger. This project combines woodworking and basic electronics to enhance your workspace.

Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Measure and mark the wood block to create a groove for the charging pad.
2. Use a saw to cut the groove about 1/2 inch deep and wide enough for the charging pad.
3. Sand the edges of the wood block and the groove to ensure a smooth finish.
4. Stain or paint the wood block according to your preference, then let it dry completely.
5. Drill a small hole at the back of the wood block for the micro USB cable to pass through.
6. Insert the wireless charging pad into the groove and secure it with wood glue.
7. Feed the micro USB cable through the hole and connect it to the charging pad.
8. Allow the glue to dry fully before using your new smartphone stand.
