Instructions

1. Lay the shirt flat and mark with fabric chalk where you want to cut the sleeves. 2. Use fabric scissors to carefully cut along the marked lines to remove the sleeves. 3. Cut vertical strips along the sleeve openings to create the fringe effect. 4. Secure the fringe by tying knots at the base of each strip. 5.
