Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Carefully remove the metal base and filament from the vintage glass bulbs by gently twisting and pulling. Clean the inside of the bulbs with warm water and let them dry completely.
2. Using a small funnel or a paper cone, pour fine sand or small pebbles inside the bulb to create a base layer.
3. Using tweezers, carefully place small succulent cuttings, air plants, or faux mini plants inside the bulb. Arrange them gently so they fit without breaking the glass.
4. Add any optional miniature decorative items inside for added detail.
5. Secure the metal base back onto the bulb if desired, or leave the open end for a more open terrarium look.
6. Cut a piece of wire or thin string and create a loop to hang the terrarium. Attach it around the metal base or carefully glue it to the bulb.
7. Hang your vintage glass bulb terrarium in a bright spot away from direct sun to avoid overheating live plants, or display as a decorative ornament.
