Water Bottle Vase with Decorative Twine Wrap

Transform an empty plastic water bottle into a stylish vase using simple materials like twine and paint. This project is quick, eco-friendly, and perfect for displaying fresh or dried flowers.

Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Clean the empty plastic bottle thoroughly and remove any labels. Let it dry completely.
2. Cut the bottle to the desired height for your vase. You can keep the top part or cut it shorter depending on your preference.
3. (Optional) If you want to add color, paint the outside of the bottle with acrylic paint or spray paint. Let it dry fully.
4. Starting from the bottom, apply a small dot of hot glue to the bottle and attach the end of the twine.
5. Wrap the twine tightly around the bottle, applying glue periodically to secure it in place. Continue wrapping until you reach the top edge.
6. Cut the twine and glue the end securely. Trim any excess twine.
7. Place water inside the bottle and arrange your fresh flowers, or insert dried flowers for a long-lasting display.
