Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Cut two identical cardboard rings about 3 inches in diameter with a hole about 1.5 inches in the center.
2. Wrap yarn tightly around both cardboard rings until thickly covered.
3. Carefully cut the yarn around the edge of the rings, holding the yarn strands in place.
4. Slide a separate piece of yarn between the two cardboard rings and tie tightly to secure the pom-pom.
5. Remove the cardboard rings.
6. Trim the pom-pom evenly to shape it into a neat ball.
7. Repeat steps 2-6 to make as many pom-poms as desired.
8. Thread the pom-poms onto a long piece of string or twine, spacing them evenly.
9. Tie loops at both ends of the garland for easy hanging.
10. Hang your colorful pom-pom garland to decorate your space.
