Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Align 20-30 sheets of plain paper neatly and fold them in half vertically to create the notebook pages.
2. Cut a piece of cardstock slightly larger than the folded pages to serve as the cover.
3. Fold the cardstock in half to match the fold of the pages.
4. Insert the folded pages inside the folded cover so all folds align.
5. Use a pencil and ruler to mark 3-5 evenly spaced holes along the spine fold, about 0.5 cm from the edge.
6. Thread the needle with strong thread and sew through the holes to bind the notebook pages and cover together using a simple pamphlet stitch.
7. Tie off the thread securely and trim excess.
8. Use glue to press the spine flat if needed and let dry.
9. Decorate the cover using stickers, washi tape, markers, or stamps to personalize your notebook.
