Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Take measurements of your head circumference, length, and width to create a basic template.
2. Draw and cut out the base shapes of the kemono head from EVA foam sheets: main head, muzzle, cheeks, ears.
3. Use hot glue to assemble the foam pieces into the head shape, ensuring a snug fit.
4. Add padding inside with polyester stuffing or foam scraps for comfort.
5. Cut out eye holes and attach mesh or plastic canvas behind them for visibility and breathability.
6. Cut the faux fur slightly larger than each foam section to allow wrapping.
7. Carefully glue the fur to the foam base, trimming excess fur and using pins or clips to hold it while drying.
8. Shape and attach ears with foam and, if desired, wire for support; cover with fur.
9. Attach elastic straps or an adjustable harness inside the head for secure wearing.
10. Add painted details or additional fur accents for expression if desired.
11. Try on and make any final adjustments for comfort and fit.
