Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Measure and cut plywood pieces: back (12x15 inches), bottom (12x10 inches), two sides (10x15 inches), top (12x10 inches), and front door (12x15 inches).
2. Sand all edges smoothly to avoid splinters.
3. Assemble the box frame by attaching the sides to the bottom using wood screws and wood glue.
4. Attach the back panel to the frame using screws.
5. Drill ventilation holes on the sides or back panel to allow airflow.
6. Attach hinges to the top of the front door and then secure the door to one side of the box.
7. Install the hasp lock on the door and corresponding side panel.
8. Place the power strip inside the box on the bottom or side; ensure the cord can exit through a drilled hole.
9. Drill a cable management hole near the power strip to route iPad charging cables neatly.
10. Use cable clips or zip ties to organize charging cables inside the cabinet.
11. Optionally, paint or finish the cabinet for better appearance and protection.
12. Plug in the power strip and connect iPads to charge inside the locked cabinet.
