Transform an old wooden cassette holder into a stylish and functional jewelry organizer. This project uses basic tools and common materials to repurpose the holder into a perfect place to hang necklaces, bracelets, and store rings or earrings.

Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Clean the cassette holder thoroughly to remove dust and dirt.
2. Lightly sand the entire surface of the holder using medium grit sandpaper, then finish with fine grit for smoothness.
3. If desired, paint or stain the holder to match your decor and let it dry completely.
4. Apply a clear sealant spray for protection and let it dry.
5. Decide where to place the screw-in hooks along the vertical or horizontal slats, spacing them evenly.
6. Carefully screw in the hooks by hand or use a screwdriver if needed.
7. Attach small cups or containers inside some compartments using wood glue or adhesive to hold rings or earrings.
8. Let any glue dry fully before use.
9. Hang or place your jewelry on the hooks and inside the containers for easy access and display.
