1. Cover your workspace with plastic table cover to protect surfaces.
2. Pre-wash the t-shirt to remove any sizing, do not dry it.
3. Lay the damp t-shirt flat and decide on a folding pattern (spiral, crumple, stripes).
4. Secure the folded t-shirt tightly with rubber bands to create sections.
5. Prepare fabric dye according to manufacturer instructions in squeeze bottles.
6. Wearing gloves, apply dye to different sections of the shirt, saturating well.
7. Once dyed, wrap the shirt in a plastic bag and let it set for 6-8 hours or overnight.
8. After setting, rinse the shirt under cold water until water runs clear.
9. Wash the t-shirt separately in mild detergent and air dry.
