Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Measure and cut the wooden planks to your desired coffee table size (typical size is around 48" x 24" x 18").
2. For the tabletop, arrange the cut planks side by side and attach them together using wood glue and screws.
3. Cut four pieces for the legs (around 18" each) and attach them to the corners of the tabletop using screws.
4. If desired, add a lower shelf by cutting additional planks and attaching them between the legs.
5. Sand all surfaces starting with 80 grit, then 120 grit, and finish with 220 grit for a smooth surface.
6. Apply wood stain or paint to achieve your desired look, then let it dry completely.
7. Finish with a layer of varnish or polyurethane for protection and durability.
8. Allow the table to cure as per the product instructions before using.
