Art & Illustration Beginner 2 hours $15
Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Tape down the edges of your watercolor paper to a flat surface to prevent warping.
2. Wet the entire paper lightly with clean water using a large brush.
3. Start applying watercolor paints in sections, blending colors like dark blue, purple, pink, and black to form the galaxy background.
4. Allow colors to blend naturally, adding more pigment to darken areas while the paper is still wet.
5. Let the painting dry completely.
6. Once dry, use a small brush or white gel pen to splatter or dot white paint across the paper to create stars.
7. Add larger star shapes or clusters by painting small crosses or dots.
8. Remove the masking tape carefully to reveal clean edges.
9. Optionally, frame your artwork or use it as a unique card design.
