Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Select two pallets of similar size and condition. Remove any damaged boards and nails sticking out.
2. Sand all surfaces thoroughly using 80 grit sandpaper first to remove rough edges and splinters, then 120 grit for a smooth finish.
3. If desired, apply wood stain or paint to the pallets and let dry completely.
4. Stack the two pallets on top of each other to form the table height. Secure them together by screwing through the top pallet into the bottom one at several points.
5. Attach the caster wheels to the bottom pallet corners, ensuring they are evenly aligned and securely fastened.
6. Fill any gaps or holes with wood filler, let dry, then sand smooth.
7. Apply a clear sealant or polyurethane coat over the entire table to protect the wood and finish the project.
8. Let the table dry completely before use. Optionally, add a glass top or decorative elements for extra style.
